Raff’s role is primarily to devise and direct business solutions in relation to every facet of operations, to support the team, and drive business growth.
Raff began his career in real estate in 1989 in residential and his experience has since spanned commercial, industrial, retail, development sites, valuations, consulting and leasing throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area, specialising in the city fringe. More recently, Raff has focused on geographic expansion within the Asia Pacific and North American region though new service offerings including consulting and the facilitation of business transactions for international clients.
Raff’s vision and experience has seen ICR Property Group grow into one the CBD’s premier boutique commercial real estate service providers. As its Managing Director, Raff remains the driving force behind ICR Property Group’s esteemed growth and success made possible through over twenty years of industry knowledge.
Following a career spanning over a decade as a small business owner and sales executive across metropolitan Melbourne, Julian launched his passage into the commercial property sector in early 2015 joining director Raff De Luise at ICR Property Group.
Julian’s background encompasses practical sales experience in handling and managing complex transactions on behalf of both public and private clients, utilising his engaging personal manner and unique vantage point within the industry to provide specialist advice within the sales and leasing aspects of the firm.
Working directly alongside Raff, Julian and the broader ICR team consistently emphasise the invaluable relationship the firm has with both it’s existing and future clientele.
Heather commenced her career in real estate in 2000, initially gaining vital skills in a busy and complex, property management role that she enjoyed until 2007. During this time, Heather developed a highly regarded array of skills that, in addition to basic property management expertise included a thorough understanding of compliance obligations, its relevant documentation and the related legislative prerequisites pertaining to the role. During the period, she managed and expanded an extensive client list in addition to developing sound KPI’s and benchmarks to evaluate effectiveness.
Heather’s present role as associate encompasses a wide range of administrative, accounts and management functions. These provide key business support measures and underpin all financial matters including the preparation of month end financials, payroll and budget control.
Heather’s sound commercial skills coupled with a methodical approach ensures the best possible outcome for the business and her clients.
Marc Dauria has been in the industry since 2002 and brings a wealth of experience & depth of knowledge. His many years has seen an excellent service delivered to a vast span of clientele base whether it be Mum and Dad investors, Retirees, Developers or Blue Chip Corporations
Marc’s key focus has always been about delivering a high quality service, ideally exceeding ones expectations and always with a view of a Best Practice approach.
His passion for property has been driven for many years and as an investor himself, has a thorough understanding of the needs required by Landlord and Tenants alike. Marc possesses strong negotiation skills and believes there is nothing greater than arriving upon a successful transaction with a view to a win win outcome mutually benefiting all parties involved. With his many years of performance in leadership, mentoring or coaching roles in business and in sport, Marc adds strength to the foundations of ICR Property Group and will lead his team delivering outstanding results and ensuring our Clients enjoy the benefits & providing peace of mind that the Asset is well managed.
Anthony Ferraro has been involved in 87 residential projects worth over $3 billion since 2010.
Formerly a Director at CBRE & JLL Residential Projects, he brings a wealth of experience in selling residential projects both locally, interstate and offshore throughout China, Hong Kong, South East Asia & India, as well as opening 12 international sales desks across Asia.
Anthony’s extensive experience combined with his strong leadership and relationship building skills have allowed him to provide assistance and guidance to developers and key collaborators within the industry.
He works closely with his clients to ensure that their needs and goals are met including advice on the best use of sites, how to maximise yields returns and adding value to clients that are seeking to appraise the value of their site to sell or acquire. He will leave no stone unturned in order to help his clients, and looks forward to growing the commercial side of ICR Property Group.
