A local investor has bought 52-70 Sparks Avenue in Fairfield, Victoria, from Sampford IXL for $7.1 million. The older-style brick industrial facility with warehouse and office has a gross lettable area of 9560 square metres and was sold off-market with a short-term tenancy.

Zoned for industrial use, the site has three street frontages with provision for on-site parking on a vacant site opposite.   Raff De Luise from ICR Property Group negotiated the sale.
